Heartland America, LLC’s mission is to provide Faith Sponsored senior care communities with a fundamental focus on high-quality care. Rooted in the successful development of other faith sponsored senior living communities, the extraordinary benefits to this type of approach became evident and the Heartland America concept was born.  Combined with the genuine spiritual mission of its team members, Heartland America has embraced the opportunity to create a business model exclusively focused on faith sponsored senior care. 

Although our facilities are developed with Faith Sponsors, we welcome everyone as residents, regardless of their individual religious denomination and/or beliefs.  The faith sponsored model we have developed allows our facilities to be built as natural extensions of local faith communities already in place, while enabling us to fulfill an important mission to assist those who may not otherwise be able to afford our services.
